@smstump from side zipper to side zipper is 13.5 inches. And with flap close like you would be carrying it it measures 9.5 inches top to bottom. This is a very very nice bag. It has ample room and plenty of concealed spaces like the signature Preston pocket , I do not think you will be disappointed. It’s in fabulous condition supple pebble textured leather and I don’t think anyone could beat the price.

The top to bottom measurement could easily be 10 in instead of 9.5 I have never been the best at measurements lol. So I try to under sell it I’d rather you’ve pleasantly surprised
