Beautiful Fossil size Small black Swiss dot midi dress!! Ruffle pinafore sleeves. V-neck with buttons down to the waist. Lined. Ties start in front and wrap to the back to cinch in waist. Absolutely adorable and high quality. Just haven't got around to wearing it. Happy to answer any questions :) Measurements: Pit to pit - 16 1/2 inches across. Waist - 14 1/2 inches across. Elastic in back and front ties that wrap around to the back to cinch in the waist. Length from shoulder to hem - 37 1/2 inches. Length from shoulder to waist - 12 inches.
