8177056137 Honestly I’m not sure what’s wrong (if anything) with the handle strap and thought I would be replacing its. Is it wrinkly

susangraver @8177056137 thanks for your question. There is nothing wrong with the strap. Because i’ve only used this purse a few times, the leather is a little stiff, which might be making it appear wrinkly. But with regular use, i’m sure the leather will soften and smooth. It’s in great shape! Let me know if i can answer any other questions. 😊
