Fossil grey tiered, textured summer dress

Grey fabric with a hint of blue. Pic 1 shows fit in yellow on left, dress for sale on right. Fabric has texture and vertical strips of pattern throughout. Tiers, with empire waist. Bodice has two layers plus vertical stays on each side for support. Bottom tier has ruffles and lining, pic 9. Middle tier is shirred and full, not lined. Deep U/V necklines front and back. Zipper, hook and eye on left side, adjustable straps. Pic 8 shows clips to adjust strap plus the top of the zipper. Size XS. Armpit to armpit approx. 14.5". Empire waist approx. 13" across flat. Top of shoulder strap to bottom approx. 33.5". Can change with length of straps. Approx. 25.5" long in back. 55% rayon, 45% cotton. Care tag worn. Texture attracts lint.
