pawpaw40 Hi there! I love this! I saw that the Foundrae site says that this medallion cannot have letters added over time (https://foundrae.com/products/heart-love-token-oversized-medallion). Did you receive different information from Twist?

renzy71 @pawpaw40 I did check the Foundrae site and I think that once you purchase the heart you cannot return it to add letters…you must have the letters added as a special order, at the time of purchase. Sorry 😞
