Four pocket blazer

Blazer is stretchy, has a tie around the middle, and four pockets. It does not have shoulder pads. It can be worn traditionally as a blazer or more casually as a shirt. Sleeves roll up. It is a medium, but due to the stretch there is flexibility and it is bigger than other forever 21 sizing.
