What are measurements for bust, waist and length? Is there any stretch at all?

The length from the shoulder to the bottom of dress is 39”
The chest is 32”
The bodice is 28” then it flares out.
It’s has a little but not much stretch.
I was a 29/30 when I wore this dress if that helps.
