Excellent condition tie shoulder floral Monet dress by Foxie Dox. Black with abstract floral print in green & purple. Cream trim, a ruffle hem that hangs a couple inches longer on the back. The back has an elastic band for an easier & more comfortable fit in the bust. Side zipper. Size small. Measures 17” from armpit to armpit, 30.5” long from top of dress to front bottom hem, 33” on the back.
