Foxiedox Sleevless Tie-neck Pleated Dress

Adorable polka dot pleated dress by Foxiedot. Swingy style with high neck and gauzy long bow at the back. Ruffle detailing along armholes and skirted bottom. 18” across top (under armpits) and approx 36” long from top of neck to bottom of skirt. New without tags, never worn. I bought this for an event and ended up not wearing it. TTS XS, lovely swing style with the pleats. Dusty lavender color with dusty purple polka dots. Fully lined with a lilac color under slip.
