This is a pair of Frame 'Le High Flare' jeans that have been cut off into shorts, size 31. These jeans are in a light blue called Tropic. These jeans can be cut into a much shorter style if so desired. Fabric content: 77% cotton, 19% Modal, 3% Elasterell-P, 1% Lycra. Great condition. All photos displayed are of the actual item.
