Black long sleeve wrap tie top with sparkly polka dot-esc details. Super cute top, cropped, perfect to wear with high waisted jeans. It has a wrap waist and also a button to secure the inner wrap and a tie for the outer wrap! Brand new with tags, it did not fit my chest, I’m a 32DD for reference.
