Francesca dress

Super cute Francesca holiday dress with should ties. The dress was washed but never worn due to mismatched fit. The straps are adjustable and tie. Side pockets and “swing style”. It is not as “mini” as most of the Francesca dresses and sits mid to lower thigh length for me at 5’8”. Like new!
