Francescas Black & Gold Party Dress

Francescas black and gold party dress. Soft black, lacy, floral pattern draped over a golden/metallic slip. The slip is sewn into the dress and only goes to the shoulders. Lacy sleeves extend just short of the elbow. Black fringe extends beyond gold layer. Only worn once and is in great condition.
