Francesca’s Blue Rain brown velvet wrap dress NWT FLAW

Francesca’s Blue Rain brown velvet wrap dress. NWT but FLAWED. There is a tear/hole in one of the ties, it could probably easily be mended. Size small. 95% polyester/ 5% spandex. Ruched fabric at wrists. Could be worn as a duster as well. There is an opening on the inner right side of the fabric to slip the tie through and then pull through the little loop on the left side.
