Francesca’s Brittany black polka dot dress

From Francesca’s, never worn, size small. 15 inches across at the waist and 33 inches from shoulder to hem. I ordered it online and it was JUST too snug, ordered a medium instead but have waited too long to return this one! Buttons all down the front, flutter sleeves, very cute and easy to dress up or down. Lined, fabric isn’t heavy, would work well for summer and fall!
