Excellent condition no stains rips or fading. Sleeveless, sweetheart neckline, ruched bust, cutout bodice, cut out back with faux rattan buckle, fit and flare silhouette midi dress. Pullover style with stretchy smocked bust and waist. It is modeled on a mannequin with 36.5” bust and 28.5” waist. Please note the tags inside were cut out because they poked up when worn but it is size small and cotton. It is sky blue with white polka dots. Not a true button up, the buttons just decorative.
