Francesca’s Collections cowl neck dress

Gorgeous navy blue cowl neck dress from Francesca’s Collections with floral detail. Brand name is Criss Cross. Skirt measures 19 inches from bust. There are a few snags in the skirt, visible in photo #5. But this is a beautiful dress with lots of life left in it. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Per tag - “‘Wash separately, professional set clean recommended.” However, I have always hand washed this without any issues. (Why dry clean if you don’t have to?!)
