Francesca’s Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @danielle__123. Gorgeous dress and color, but no stretch in the fabric and bottom is not as wide/flowy as I had hoped. I have wide hips so this hugged them. It's marked small but I feel like the bottom part is more like x-small. Top fits as expected.
