Francesca's Faux Leather Powder Blue Mini Skirt Zip Closure Small New

This is a new with tags Faux leather mini skirt from Francesca's. The color is a light powder blue, great for spring! The skirt features a zipper in the back and a silver ring at the waist. There is a small discoloration on the skirt, tried to show in photos. It is very hard to see and not very noticeable unless you are looking closely.
