Francesca’s Lace Black Cocktail Dress

I am 5’6 and this dress came to above the knee on me when wearing the sleeves off the shoulder, so it would be slightly shorter if wearing the sleeves traditionally. The lace detailing is beautiful and there is a black slip underneath. The neckline is stretchy and can easily be worn on or off the shoulders.
