Francescas Long Sleeve Cold Shoulder Dress

Long sleeve cold shoulder dress bought from Francescas with elastic waist and wrist bands. Pretty periwinkle color with floral details. Small spot on the back, but it is unnoticeable. It has 2 layers shown in the 3rd picture. Only worn twice and open to offers! ***Labelled XS, but this fits small or medium! (I’m a size 6-8 for reference)
