Francesca's (Boutique) Maroon Floral Romper With Cape Skirt Size Small I wore this for my rehearsal dinner and it made me feel like a super hero! I only wore it two other times so it's in like new condition without any visible flaws. It is a romper with a cape skirt attached at the waist that billows out as you walk. The sleeves are cropped with a ruffle at the end. The romper piece has a deep faux-wrap V-neck attached to a pair of shorts.
