Francesca’s Miami Utility Jacket with Ruffle Bottom

Gray-green military style jacket from Francesca’s. Jacket is zip up with button-over flap and ruffle detailing on the bottom. Working pockets on each breast and gold snap details on shoulders and cuffs. Tags were removed, but never worn. Comes from a smoke free home, but we do have a cat.
