In excellent condition! Got this top at Francesca’s a couple years ago. It’s made of rayon chiffon which falls nicely on the body and has a lovely summery feel. Fluttery ruffles on the shoulders, kinda like cap sleeves. Beautiful, quality embroidery. Ruffled hem. Cute button closure at back. It’s in great condition with no flaws to note.
