This is a gorgeous Francesca’s Velour High Neck Sleeveless Dress. Size medium. Buttons at the top of the neck. Beautiful velour pattern all over the dress. Lined. Swing style. 60% polyester, 30% nylon, 10% spandex. Great condition. I’m not sure if it was ever worn. Note that the thin straps that are shown are just the hanger straps, and they help show the shape of the dress.
