Francesca's Willow Burn Out Velvet Midi Skirt NEW

This is a brand new need worn skirt from Francesca's. a beautiful velvet midi, slightly asymmetrical skirt that works beautifully for the fall or winter. Tags are still attached. It's a large, but I would say it's perfect for a size 10 or 12 specifically (not 14). Bought it and just never got around to wearing.
