Francesca's black and white striped dress with tailored waist

Really cute black and white dress. Warm and thick material, great for fall/winter with a pair of tights. Particularly flattering on hour glass figures. Some threads pulling on the sides (see pictures) but other than that in good condition. I’m 5’3 and the dress hits me a bit above the knees.
