Francesca's black off-shoulder dress

This was a really fun dress I wore once for a rehearsal dinner. The overlay skirt is so unique! Excellent condition without stains, rips, or pulls. Zipper can be tricky, but is in good working order. Top portion has slight stretch. Though it is a size small, it probably fits more like an XS. Measurements: Waist: ~12.5" across Length: ~30"
