Francesca’s boutique summer dress!

This absolutely gorgeous dress looks fantastic on everybody. It is periwinkle blue with very feminine lace features and tiny little white flowers. The bottom hem line is also longer in the back and shorter in the front as seen in the pictures. It is a must have For the summer!
