NWT Francesca’s dusty rose embellished bubble mini dress with button closure. Clear beading around the neckline and arm slits. The dress is lined. It’s polyester but feels like smooth silk and shines like satin. Elastic is sewn into the bottom to maintain the bubble look. There’s a slight pull in the fabric on the back of the dress at the bottom that can barely be seen (see pics). It’s a perfect cocktail, school dance, or holiday party dress.
