Francesca’s flowy off the shoulder top

Cute off the shoulder top, perfect for summer. Beautiful color. Has a zip up corset type thing underneath that has some boning in the front. Zips up in the back. The corset is cropped with the flowy part covering it. Has sticky edging to help hold it up. Never been worn!
