Francesca's light turquoise lace dress

Pretty popover style lace dress by Blue Rain for Francesca's. Fully lined. Approximate measurements: 17.5 inches armpit to armpit, 14 inches at the waist, 32 inches shoulder to hem. 100% polyester. Label says dry clean only but I have used the hand wash cycle in the machine with no issues. Runs small. Label says regular M but it seems more like junior sizing. Excellent condition, only worn a few times.
