Francesca’s velvet sparkle dress size small

Black velvet Francesca’s dress size small. Has tiny sparkles on it. Never worn but the tag has been removed. Hits above knees. Has good quality zipper and double lined. Would be cute for a holiday party or winter dance. Just never wore it.
