Francine Browner black lace skirt

Francine Browner was THE designer of the 80's & 90's. Her clothing were so well received, Max Azria of BCBG bought her company out after her 12 year stint. Having said that...here's a great vintage skirt. It is a Size 8 and fits between a 6 and 8. The waist measures 32 inches. It is 22 inches long. You could easily hem this skirt although I think you would lose the pretty scalloped edge. This skirt is meant to fit your body well, making it sexy and feminine. Worn a couple times, so im near perfect condition. This dress falls just above my knee. I'm 5'3". It will fall shorter for a taller girl.
