🎃Franco 50s costume dress with attached petticoat

What a cute little Halloween costume! My daughter wore this for a school musical. It does have a few picks and has belt loops, but no belt. I think she wore a black scarf as a belt. Zipper closure. Size small, but seems to run small. 18" armpit to armpit, 12" waist laying flat, 40" from shoulder to hem. DS7
