herringtonamy @tdixon34 I have no idea what you’re referring to with the initials? Obviously I got on recently and saw all of your comments and sent my last response. I’ve sent you a private message on the order, please respond to me there. The app will not allow me to refund the purchase because it shows the order as Complete (and that you accepted it). I’m not sure why this has occurred, but I’m trying to get PM to fix it. Otherwise, you’ll have to respond to my other suggestion in the private message.
