Clean black Franco Sarto printed nylon interior. The exterior is in good condition—3 internal pockets. One for glasses or maybe a flip phone, 3"W x 4"H x .05" D, Pocket next to the smallish pocket - 6"W x 4"H x .05" D, Pocket on opposite side of the bag- 8"W x 4"H x and will hold however much stuff you want to put into it. Very flexible free-hanging pocket. In great condition. I only used it a few times, then moved. That was about 20 years ago. It has been in a box since then.
