@sjohnson777 hi yes! 15 inches. I submitted an extra pic just now at the end of my listing showing the circumference. These were the only boots I have ever found that fit my daughters calves she is thin and has thin legs they are very fitted for a smaller frame in a good way. These were the only boots I have ever loved because they look super sharp. My daughter doesn’t want anymore and I am a bigger size. She wore them maybe once or twice and they are very very great condition
