Francoise Olivas NYC summer dress

This dress is from a capsule collection. Echo friendly material, lightweight, hangs beautifully. Waist cummerbund is 32 inches, 38 inches from top to hem. Top of dress/waist is lined inside with same material (see pics). Bottom of dress had different material scares, perfectly sewn and hidden side zipper. The material was sourced by the designer, the pattern was cut and sewn in a design showroom. No factory involved in creating this beautiful garment. Mannequin is wearing L.
