Francoise Olivas NYC summer shift

Part of a capsule collection. Dress can be worn as a shift or tie at the waist. Beautiful hand crocheted detail over shoulder straps. Doesn’t have designer’s tag in it but notice it’s same beautiful material that lines the other dresses posted. Top of dress to hem is 31 inch, top of dress is 37 inch circum, waist circum is 42. The material was sourced by the designer, pattern was cut and sewn in a design showroom. No factory involved in creating this beautiful garment. Mannequin is wearing a M.
