Frank Lyman Design Metallic Dress

Puffy, sleeveless dress by Frank Lyman Design. A trult unique dress with full button-down front, large collar, and puffy skirt. The back has an open cutout with a bow tie. This is one of my favorite pieces, but making room for new items. Would make a great holiday party dress. Excellent pre-owned condition. Normal signs of light wear.
