Frank Lyman Design Mini A Line Dress Scoop Neck Short Sleeve Color Block Floral

This abstract print designed dress has short sleeves and an A Line Skirt with a small slit on the sides. The lay flat measurements are chest 21", length 29" and shoulder to shoulder 16" and this fabric has a lot of stretch. The size tag lists this dress as an 18, it seems a little smaller to me so please look at measurements and ask any questions you might have. This really is a very cute dress. NWT
