Frank Lyman Design vintage NWT deadstock skirt, made in Canada. Pencil cut, with vertical exposed seams and a flare at the hem, where the fabric becomes divided into large car wash-type fringe (best way I can think to describe it). It’s a really lovely effect, and the skirt is beautifully made. The fabric has some stretch (the waist is not as stretchy as the rest of the fabric). Perfect condition. Size 4.
