Frank R. Jelleff Vintage Dress

1950s with a 1920s vibe. Frank R. Jelleff Inc. Washington D.C. This dress was originally cream (bottom pics), but I dyed it soft gray due to some discoloration. If you're examining the dress closely, you can still see the discoloration around the hem, but it cannot be seen when worn due to the cut of the dress. As far as I can tell, beading is in tact. The hem is not straight, it's sort of like ric rac. Measurements flat: waist 12 3/4", bust 18", length approx 41".
