Frankenstein boots and pants for DIY Frankenstein costume

I took wrestling booties and spray paint to them black my son wore these over his sneakers to make his feet look oversized like Frankenstein. The pants are size 3T but my son was five in the picture so with the elastic waist, they will fit a bigger child. Take a milk carton and paint it to make the hat as shown in the picture. This listing is only for the pants and the boots. I cannot find any of the other pieces of the outfit.
