@myposhempire all of frankie4 shoes are true to size according to the website. My granddaughrer has a ton of them and always wears her true size. I bought two pairs of this brand size 8.5 which is my normal size but the arch support was not right for my feet. I personally cannot wear this brand. I paid full price for these shoes.
