Franklin Covey Black leather Soho buckle padded laptop shoulder large bag

Genuine soft leather exterior, foldover top with magnetic snap closure. Interior is all padded and has 3 compartments, 1 is zippered. Should fit a 14" laptop easily. Measures 12" high, 18" wide, 4" thick with an 11" strap drop. Some condition issues: interior has a few small discolorations, the back has two longer scrapes in the leather (not cuts) and one of the straps has some edge cracking on one side, I patched it with some leather repair compound.
