Franklin Covey red Classic Zipper Binder

I believe that this is the “FC signature leather zipper binder“ that is currently selling for $100 on the FC website. However, I cannot verify that this is real leather versus vegan leather. Exterior dimensions are 8.5” W x 10.25” H x 2.25” D. Rings are approx 1.5”. Uses 5.5”x8.5” paper. A few spots where leather has started to rub off, I have pictured these. Zipper works great, rings are smooth. Great product, I am moving and selling all of my collections.Bright spot in photos is from flash.
