Franklyman Design Black & White Tiered Dress. Size 2, in excellent condition with no signs of wear or tear, as can be seen in the photos. This would be great for a dance or special event. It would even look lovely with a cardigan or a denim jacket. I only wish I wore this size because I'd definitely keep it! :)
