Frascara ball skirt

Full taffeta ball skirt. Scalloped drop waist detail. Fabulous changeant fabric goes from blue/grey to purple aubergine. Has appearance of silk but is polyester. Purchased in Montreal from Olgivy boutique. Front slightly higher to show off black underskirt and back falls beautifully into a small train. This is the clothing of a royal.
